The video documentary “herbst remixed” accompanies the steirischer herbst festival, recording everything that happens. It documents what takes place, remixes what people see, focuses on what goes unobserved, and creates new links. It not only tells you what has been, but also what is to come. And what you’ve missed.
It is a collection of pictures in progress, a mash-up, a collage. The result is a new experience of steirischer herbst every day afresh, on show at the festival centre, on the Net, and at various venues. Also, the “herbst remixed” TV edition stages selected herbst projects on ORF 2 (just before “Steiermark heute”) – a one-minute video experiment in this tightly packed TV advert slot.
