The special discounts are available at all steirischer herbst information and ticket offices when you book the events simultaneously.
Reduced ticket prices are available for students and apprentices up to 25 years of age, seniors, unemployed, national / civil service and members of Ö1-Club, Standard Club der Leser and Kleine Zeitung Vorteilsclub.
Please show proof of your eligibility for discount without having to be asked. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase. Discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively. Not all reduced price categories may be available for cooperations or when buying tickets in advance. Proof of eligibility to discounts must be furnished when you collect your tickets and on admission.

Box offices open one hour before the start of events at the venues. Tickets which have been paid for in advance must be collected at the venue at the latest fifteen minutes before the start of the event. In the case of sold-out events, uncollected tickets will be made available.
Please note that late comers cannot be admitted.
Tickets cannot be returned (exchange or buy-back). Late arrivals will not be admitted, the ticket price will not be fully or partly refunded. Programme changes are possible and are not a reason for a ticket price refund. If an event is cancelled, tickets will only be refunded within one month at the organiser’s box-office.

People in financial difficulty have just as much right to art and culture. “Hunger for Art and Culture” benefits everyone who wants to take part in cultural life but who cannot afford to. Proceeds from sales of herbst chocolate from the Schokoladen Manufaktur Zotter at the information and ticket offices and box offices will be used to fund tickets that may be obtained free of charge by presenting a “Culture Pass”.
